By accessing and using FindAGaff, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to use FindAGaff for property search and listing purposes. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions.
3. Property Listings
Users listing properties agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information
- Own the rights to all uploaded images
- Comply with all applicable property laws and regulations
- Not engage in discriminatory practices
4. Subscription Terms
Free tier users may list one property. Premium subscribers have unlimited listings. Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
FindAGaff shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this service. We do not guarantee the accuracy of property listings.
